1. Introduction
Welcome to EIHL Dream Team (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
EIHL Dream Team is a non-profit fantasy league platform for fans of the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL). We operate in the United Kingdom and are committed to fair play, transparency, and community. 50% of all entry fees are donated to charity each season.
2. Digital Goods and Services
We provide access to an online fantasy league game centered around the EIHL. Access to the league is available through a one off payment of £5. Upon successful registration and payment, users gain access to the fantasy platform for the current EIHL season.
All digital access is subject to these Terms.
3. Non-Profit Statement
EIHL Dream Team is operated not-for-profit. The proceeds collected from entry fees are used solely to maintain the platform, cover running costs, and support charitable causes. Half (50%) of all entry fees are donated to charity at the end of each season.
We will publish details of donations made, including recipients and amounts, at the conclusion of each fantasy season.
4. User Accounts
To participate, users must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password that will be given on mass prior to the season starting. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to impersonate others or misuse the platform in any way.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
- All payments are handled securely via Stripe.
- The entry fee is charged at one off basis, giving access for the full EIHL Dream Team regular season.
- No refunds will be issued once access to the league has been granted, as entry constitutes participation in a digital good with immediate delivery.
- Failed or reversed payments may result in account suspension or removal from the league.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect the email address you provide during registration for the purpose of managing user accounts, login authentication, and sending essential updates regarding your fantasy team or league status.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to process payments via Stripe or comply with legal obligations.

7. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe to process payments securely. By subscribing to our service, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. Or have the adult supervision when entering. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under UK law.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

EIHL Dream Team is not affiliated with the official EIHL or any of its teams. This is a fan-run, community-supported platform for entertainment purposes only.
We do not guarantee the availability or error-free operation of the platform, and access may be affected by maintenance or technical issues.
